We are trying to allow our Problem Management team attach a Knowledge Article to a Problem, but seem to have a problem doing this.
We have gone into the Problem Process and add the "Attach Linked Knowledge" optional action into the status we want them to be able to do this, but the optional action does not appear in the Problem when it is at this status.
Interesting, we also added the optional action "Detach Linked Knowledge" and it appears in there.
Has anyone come across this before and does anyone know how to fix it?
This is an urgent appeal as we need to provide this facility to meet a customer requirement by next week....
