    Different forms

      Hi Guys,


      I have set up a new area for our HR department, this has your standard Analyst role and a Self Service role.


      I have been making amendments to the forms (new starters, leavers etc etc), the Analyst can see all the amendments however the Self-service guests see only a very basic form. Ideally we want both self-service and Analyst to see the same forms when logging calls how would i do this?
