Check the inventoy for the machine in the database. What IP address does it show? LANDesk is trying to connect to that machine again after it reboots into windows using the IP address it has but it seems that when it pings the IP a different machine is responding. Do you have more than one dhcp server servicing that subnet? Is your inventory service handling the miniscans (.ims) so that the inventory is up to date with the correct IP address?
