    Ignoring thank you messages for responses to resolutions notification

      We find it really frustrating when tickets are reopened by users responding with a compliment, up to now it's just been an inconvenience but now we would like to start reporting on unresolved tickets, so we really need to eliminate tickets being reopened with say 'thanks'.

      Can't think of  way to do this.


      I'm sure other customers face the same issue, any suggestions?
