Do you still have a entry for that network login in the tps_user_network_login table.
You can write a query in the "query and reports designer" on the system - user network login.
This will allow you to check, just add the correct criteria.
If there is a result for the network login you are trying to add you can simply right click and "Remove"
Thanks for the reply, I've checked on the database side and there are no entries for both accounts in the tps_user_network_login table.
Would the duplicate account still be causing issues even though it was renamed and soft deleted?
I was doing it on the sql server, so going by what you said I queried for the tps_network_login and it showed that there was another account attached to the network login, so removed that and added to the correct account and now all working.
