    Integrating Lync with LANDesk for chat purposes


      Currently the chat feature in LANDesk allows end users to initiate a chat with a specific support group, however we currently use Lync as the company wide chat product.  I have been asked if there is such an integration whereby "lync" chat could be initiated via the Incident window to allow for quick communication.  I would envisage this being similar to the telephony feature except the Analyst might right click a users name and select "Chat" to invoke chat with that person.   Would appreciated feedback from anyone who has engaged LANDesk for a similar feature or requirement.
