Hello, All of our TE clients should have the same values for all keys. While in TelnetCE you will need to go into the diagnostic mode on the device, then press any of the "Function Keys" you believe are not working and compare with the key values below to see if the match.
F1 = 3B00, F2 = 3C00, F3 = 3D00, F4 = 3E00, F5 = 3E00, F6 = 4000, F7 = 4100, F8 = 4200, F9 = 4300, F10 = 4400, F11 = 5400, F12 = 5500, F13 = 5600, F14 = 5700, F15 = 5800, F16 = 5900, F17 = 5A00, F18 = 5B00, F19 = 5C00, F20 = 5D00, F21 = 5E00, F22 = 5F00, F23 = 6000, F24 = 6100.
If these are not what you are seeing in the diagnostics mode on the device, then you will need to open a case (ticket) with support, so they can look at this.
If they are the correct values, then you will need to know what values your Emulation Host is expecting when that Function Key is press, then create a "KeyMacro" to switch the value from default to the value you need.
