I haven't been able to find it on this site but I know we got additional documentation. It might be in the zip file with the installer here (the QGate item on the list): Ivanti Service Desk 2017.3 Download. You might check with support to see if they can point you to it too.
We paid for telephony integration but no one, including our 3rd party consultant with direct access to LANDesk support, could ever get it working. It was a pretty big disappointment.
