    LANDesk Service Desk - Telephony Integration

      Hi,

       

      Can anyone please advise on setting up the LANDesk Service Desk - Telephony Integration.

       

      We are considering looking at the LANDesk Service Desk - Telephony Integration and was wondering if anyone had experience of setting this up, as I have referred to the documentation called LANDESK Service Desk 7.8 - Telephony Integration on the LANDesk community and it mention For information about setting up QGate intelli-CTi, refer to the documentation provided with it. Is there an additional document and particular software (or recommended) to setup the Telephony Integration?
