Not sure if this is straightforward, or maybe not possible to change...
We add various notes to our Incidents, etc - usually fairly lengthy, with proper punctuation, spacing, blank lines for readability, etc.
When you go to the Notes window itself, it all looks fine.
When you view the "Notes" as displayed at the bottom of the Incident window in the tab view, you lose all the line breaks and formatting - just getting a single, long spiel of text that can be pretty much unreadable.
Is there something we're doing wrong with the forma
