I have a new hire process that needs to notify multiple people upon creation, but they don't need to perform any tasks. They just need to know that there is a new hire and the specifics (Name, email address, start date, title, etc).
I would like the email to be sent when HR submits the new hire ticket.
I would also like there to be an email box where HR could enter an email address at time of ticket creation (when they are putting in the specifics for the new hire) so they could notify the department head. This would not be mandatory though.
