Where do we get the software to upgrade to 2016, assuming we need the media to do this:

1. Make sure that all users are logged out of your Service Desk system. 2. Using the LANDESK Configuration Centre, stop all of the Windows services for all of the instances you have set up. 3. Run setup.exe on each of the Service Desk servers to upgrade to the latest version of Service Desk.
