We have a department in IT that is responsible for any/all Accessibility (Document Conversion, Accessibility Testing, Captioning). This came about from a resolution agreement with the Department of Education. They review all software purchased at the University for it's level of accessibility and whether it is fully approved or conditionally approved for 1-3 years. I need to figure the best way to handle the conditional approvals and not keep a ticket open for 1-3 years. So some of these need to be
re-reviewed after a specific time. How does everyone handle things like this?
I would suggest that you speak to your LANDESK Account manager and see if you can hire a project manager to design something for you as this will be very much down to how you want it to function and that's down to quite a lot of details.
