    Please assist us find out the column name in Xtraction corresponding to “delay remaining” in CA.

      Please assist us find out the column name in Xtraction corresponding to “delay remaining” value in CA as shown in attached screenshot.

       

      Delay remaining is the time which is remaining time for SLA violation.

       

      for example if SLA violation for any P3 ticket is 8 business hours i.e. 40 hours and someone has worked on it for 25 hours and for rest of the time it was in such a state in which timer was stopped (Hold or awaiting end user response).

       

      But if we work on that ticket it will be in progress and timer will start counting. So, in this example we have still 15(delay remaining)  hours to work on that ticket for which SLA will not be violated.

       

      Kindly provide your assistance to find out the corresponding column name in Xtraction which provides the “delay remaining” information.
