    Filtering the CC Recipients User List


      We noticed today while testing CC Recipients that they system will allow adding the same user as a CC Recipient multiple times. I want to create a filter on the Incident CC Recipient User field so that the list of selectable users does not include anyone who is already a CC on the current incident.  Is this possible?


      Alternatively, does anyone know of a different method to accomplish the goal of preventing the same user from being added as a CC multiple times to the same ticket in Incident, Request, and Change?
