    Already have version 2016 then I accidentally clicked the install of 7.8.3 then I cancelled it. It does not work now

      Hello again. I already have version 2016 working then I accidentally clicked the install of 7.8.3 then I realized the action and I jump on to cancel it immediately. Now my Service Desk Console does not launch and when I try to reinstall any version it just fails.

      Please would anyone kindly show me how to completely clean up LANDesk Service Desk from my PC and what lower version must I start installing first to upgrade it up until I reach the 2016 again.
