I have upgraded our LANDesk Management Suite to version 2016 and my management suggested that our Helpdesk would use the Web Console.
There are many questions I received from Helpdesk, and one of them is that they are all looking for that Agent Status Icon with binoculars which indicates a PC is available for a remote connection.
Please may I ask if anyone of you could please show me how to configure the Web Console to have that feature?

I am on 2016 also and, as far as I know, that is not a capability that the Web Console has or ever has had.
