    messages not being marked as read




      Having a problem that has happened over the last few days.  Mails are being read and incidents created, problem is that messages are not being marked as read, so the system is creating multiple incidents for the same mail,  I have to manually mark the message as read in the mailbox.


      Using Landesk version

      Any help/suggestions would be great.  Thanks, John.
