Hi All this is quite critical. We have a process in place which send an email to 3rd party when a ticket is assigned to them. At the same time we receive a cc of that email which i sent to 3rd party. This has stopped working
There was a change took place on the same day with the help of landesk representitave to import manager details into landesk but we believe this had nothing to do with "email address2" attribute in landesk. Can some one please help.
i ran few test by putting my own address as primary email address and i receive an email but if i put anyother email address in "emailaddress2" field it just does not sends an email
