I am having trouble adding a decision point to the start of a process
The error returned states "Cannot save process as the Start Point is linked to a status that is not of type Start"
Basically, an existing process is in place whereby a member of our 1st line team can raise a request for a code deploy to take place (in reality all the 1st line are doing is creating a ticket off the back of an email request)
To make this process more streamlined, we have a mailbox that is now monitored by LANDesk Service Desk 7.8.1 now and will allow developers to email that mailbox and a ticket is automatically created and assigned to the correct team
I want the process to deal with 1st line raising tickets manually and an automated process raising direct to the team in question - can this be done?
