    Inbound Email and IMAP4 protocol

      Hi All

       

      We are currently exploring using Inbound email to create call from our customers and we seem to have an issue that Landesk seems to want IMAP4 enabled email addresses and as we are Office365 we cannot enable the protocol. Is there a way to configure this using different protocols.

       

      Hope this make sense as I am not a wizard on Email protocols and Office 365
