We are currently exploring using Inbound email to create call from our customers and we seem to have an issue that Landesk seems to want IMAP4 enabled email addresses and as we are Office365 we cannot enable the protocol. Is there a way to configure this using different protocols.

Can you not enable IMAP4 because of company policy? Office365 already has it enabled I believe. You just need to use port 993 on your mail configuration. I have seen many customers who are tied into O365.
