If you use the multiple attachment feature you should be able to see all the attachments that someone added as part of an action at that point. Like single attachments but with multiple fields. If they use the same action several times, then you will still have several sets of multiple attachments though

When you create a new attachment attribute in Object Designer; you have the option to set the type (properties in top right) to be 'Multi'. This allows the same attachment attribute to store many attachments. Negating the need for the 'Add Attachment' process action.
