    Logging Incidents for SCOM Alerts in Service Desk

      Does anyone have instructions on how to configure Service Desk Event Manager and/or ALM to log incident tickets for SCOM alerts? We want to ensure if multiple SCOM alerts are generated for the same issue in a given time period that multiple incident tickets do not get logged. We also want to be able to add a note to the ticket when the related "Closed" SCOM alert comes through.


      Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
