Our client is using SCCM as their existing Desktop Management. They want to implement LDSD as service desk and want to integrate it with SCCM.
But they have confused, integrate the LDSD with SCCM or replace the SCCM with LDMS.
Anyone have experience or maybe document that can showed whats different between integrate the LDSD and SCCM with LDSD and LDMS
Maybe any features on SCCM that not compatible, or any added value if we integrate with LDMS.
