      Hi all


      We are now on version 2016 and have a requirement go use the ios apps for service desk staff and engineers. We have managed to configure our firewalls so browser access to web desk and work spaces works fine, however we are unable to connect to the database using the apps from the Apple iStore. There does not appear to be any documentation on the subject so just wondered if anyone out there could point us in the right direction?
