    Every account is in "built in administrator" mode after sysprep

      I get this error:

      Can't open Windows 10 Apps with built in administrator account

      ************************************************************************

      So I created a new image (windows 10 pro) by going in to audit mode, customized it, syspreped.

      in my unattended file I created 1 Admin account as follows:

      ---

      copy profile = true in the specialized section and:

      ---

      <settings pass="oobeSystem">

                  </OOBE>

                  <UserAccounts>

                      <LocalAccounts>

                          <LocalAccount wcm:action="add">

                              <Password>

                                  <Value>helloworld</Value>

                                  <PlainText>false</PlainText>

                              </Password>

                              <Description>IT administrator Account</Description>

                              <DisplayName>NewAdmin</DisplayName>

                              <Group>Administrators</Group>

                              <Name>NewAdmin</Name>

                          </LocalAccount>

                      </LocalAccounts>

                  </UserAccounts>

                  <AutoLogon>

                      <Password>

                          <Value>Helloworld</Value>

                          <PlainText>false</PlainText>

                      </Password>

                      <Enabled>true</Enabled>

                      <LogonCount>3</LogonCount>

                      <Username>NewAdmin</Username>

                  </AutoLogon>

              </component>

          </settings>

      The problem is that after that, every account created after provisioning ins done, seems to be tagged as a "built in administrator" account.

      What I'm missing?
