    LDMS 9.60 GetBases.exe Error 28

    Padua.College Rookie

Hi everyone. I am having trouble downloading the latest virus definitions for the LANDesk Kaspersky AV. I have a scheduled task and I have tried running the downloading manually. I have tried restarting the server with no success. A snapshot of the vaminer.log file is below:

          Hi,

          Are you using a proxy?

          If yes:

          - try to switch it for a test

          - getbases.exe using http 1.0 protocol to communicate with proxy and expect http 1.0 answer from it. Some proxies response with 1.1 answer and cause an error. Then verify which http version supporting your proxy

          If no:

          - change LdBasesInfo.xml in C:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\ldlogon\antivirus8\ subfolders to LdBasesInfro.old, restart console and try to download definitions. This files should be created automaticaly once again.

          Thanks
