    Issue with console : empty request components while using it on a desktop...




      while i'm using the LanDesk console on a desktop, it's not working for making a request (the list of items under computer is empty) whereas it is fully working directly on the server.


      Any idea of what's happens ?




      Not a matter of right as i use the same account for both locla and remote connection (admin right).


      OS : 2K8 US for the server W7 FR for the desktop.
