I have the CSA with 4.2, and i got the USB to upgrade to 4.,
but in the process of boot, we got this error.... any suggestions?
can i download this USB content from another way?
Looking at the errors it's not clear what caused the issue, it could have been bad hardware.
At this point I would recommend if possible to setup a virtual csa. Details of this can be found on the CSA landing page here: Cloud Services Appliance
Then RMA the physical appliance, support should be able to walk you through that process.
