    only bringing email in from one users address

      I have configured an incoming email connector and all is working as long as I send from my email account.  IE my email address is gary.moor@nccgroup.trust, the email box sending to is servicedesk@nccgroup.trust.  This all works fine, but when somebody else emails in (ie another user on the system emails in it does not accept their email)
