Use Advanced Edit and modify the script directly. You can't change the defaults but you can change the ones used by the script itself.

Can you post the command line that its generating here?
Also, make sure that when you are editing the script that the "Select the Image Type" is set to Symantec.
Below is the command I'm prompted to enter as it is provided by LDMS. I had origionally suspected the space between the directory location and the executable (as highlited below), but since origionally posting I've noticed this space in the advanced edit REMEXEC26 line of other WinPE OSD deployment scripts as well. I am assuming now that there is no issue with this command as is provided and my problem may be elsewhere, however if anyone could help validate that for me it would be greatly appreciated.
