This is usually caused by some corrupted user settings on your user profile. You can use the script below to reset them in the DB:
-- Delete user settings records in the DB -- Replace '<<USERNAME>>' in the queries below with the user's login name in Service Desk Delete from tps_application_user_setting where tps_user_guid = (select tps_guid from tps_user where tps_name = '<<USERNAME>>') Delete from tps_user_preference where tps_user_guid = (select tps_guid from tps_user where tps_name = '<<USERNAME>>')
Make sure you close your console first, take a backup of the DB, run the script above and recycle your application pool.
