I'm getting an error while trying to run a distribution package (powershell script).

I think the highlighted line is the issue; however, the Powershell script isn't running from an HTTP path. It's executing from a UNC path. I've also tried setting the scheduled task to download the and execute the .ps1 file but it didn't help.
If I simply right click on the .ps1 file and "Run with Powershell" from Windows Explorer, the script runs fine so I know the script is working.
I'm testing on Win7 SP1 x86 for the clients.
