I've had limited success with the Knowledge Mgmt Admin functions actually working consistently. It was a pretty frustrating experience
What I ended up having to do was go to Object Designer and remove the Knowledge Source behavior from the object in question. So for you it would probably be something like:
1. Open Object Designer and select Problem Management > Problem.
2. With the top level Problem object selected, find "Behaviors" listed in the Details section and then click where it says "(Collection)". Then click the "..." button to open the Behavior Selection dialog.
3. Select the Knowledge Source behavior from the Selected Items list and then click the < arrow to remove it. Click OK.
You'll also notice that the previously grayed out "True" setting next to "Is Knowledgeable?" in the Knowledge Management section will then switch to false.
After that you'll likely have to rebuild the Knowledge index (Knowledge Mgmt Administration > Knowledge Settings tab > Rebuild Knowledge). Give it ample time and it should eventually result in them no longer appearing.
Building appon what Erik stated, you will probably have to go to administration->Knowledge Managment Administration then go to the objects and uncheck all the problem objects that are checked then rebuild your knowledge. Please let us know if this is helpful.
