Can you shed a bit more light on which report you mean?
Is this a Report or Query an are you trying to run the query/Report from Web Desk? Please let me know and I may be able to help.

If it's query, and after change You dont't see any changes in WebDesk, make sure that You restarted pool aplication first, or try to add this query to the dashboard again, and check resoults.
If You oper query in console and don't see any changes, just restart Your console first.
If the changes are not reflective in Web Desk / Self Service, check other users to see if they see the change. If not, your user may have a personalized dashboard. Also make sure that you are in design mode and not personalize mode.
