Does LANDesk find non PC/SERVER type assets?

          "Yes" and "No".

"No" - the (traditional) Management Suite itself does not. So if you have "just" the LANDesk Management Suite license, you can't do this.

"Yes" - LANDesk Data Analytics can poke things through SNMP and identify printers, routers, etc.

Generally you can’t manage printers, routers, switches etc. in LDMS without Data Analytics.  However when you scan an IP range via the unmanaged device discovery tool it will return information about printers and other devices it discovers.  There is also a default folder in the tree called printers, you can create additional folder if you like.  So you can take the information discovered about those devices and move it into the appropriate folder.  While you won’t be able to manage the device you’ll have a good idea of devices that are attached to the network.
