When connected to a device through Remote Control, we have noticed that there is some sort of timeout (+/- 15min.) that causes our session to terminate. We can no longer remotely view the device, requesting a manual connect to server on the device to start a new Remote Control session.
Has anyone noticed this as well, or is this a setting in the Avalanche Enabler that can to be changed?
I have always noticed similar issues, especially since being forced into the web version of Remote Control after migrating to Avalanche 6.X. I have never gotten to the heart of the issue myself. Did you end up figuring anything out?
