    Workspace - unable to read installed software details for each device

      i like to view the installed software for each managed device in Worspacec.  It is very helpful for our ServiceDesk member.

      In Workspace i get the message "unable to read installed software details".

      I haven't found any useful Log.

      Anyone an Idea how to fix ist?

      We are using 9.6 SP2
