I believe any browser that supports flash should be suitable. IE11 should be fine. I have IE11 but also use Chrome and Firefox too, Perhaps you can describe what happens when the user clicks on View Records?
Are there any errors logged in the xtraction log file. Can the user change the chart view to a list view?
It's the generic "an error has occurred during processing please contact your admin". And this error doesn't get verbose in the debug mode. A chart cannot change to a list view - it can change to a grid view which still needs a view record.
I asked our desktop support to reinstall adobe. He did, plus he had her log onto other PCs. The user gets this error no matter what machine she is on, so it is definitely tied to the user. But she is the only user with the issue. When I look in the user admin tab in Xtraction, she is set up like everyone else.
I figured it out, but it's an unusual error. One DB column was updated in SQL after the datamodel was built. So the column shouldn't've worked for anyone, plus it should've provided a verbose error as it usually does. Anyways, once I corrected the expression in the datamodel for the updated SQL column name, her error went away.

When this situation arises, it usually turns out that that one user was having problems while no one else was because that user modified their Profile settings to include that problematic field as a default field to appear in record lists. So, every time other users do a View Records, it works fine because they are not trying to display the problematic field. However, when that one user does the same View Records, it tries to display the problematic field and generates the error. This problem would follow that user from computer to computer as they tried to do the same thing from other systems, as this is a configuration of that user's account in Xtraction and not something stored on the local workstation.
Thanks Gregg - good point! I'll have to remember for next time.
