    Viewing Process - Error Message


      Hi All,


      When accessing the "Process" button on service desk ( ), when I click on it for "Request" process, I always receive the below error message:



      Error Message:


      {"message":"Unrecognized Guid format.","stackTrace":""}


      With the rejected status I am able to click the button and see the process, however, on every other status I get the error message.


      Any clues what this may be?
