    Viewing Process - Error Message

    Apprentice

      Hi All,

When accessing the "Process" button on service desk ( ), when I click on it for "Request" process, I always receive the below error message:

      process_button.png

      Error Message:

      {"message":"Unrecognized Guid format.","stackTrace":""}

With the rejected status I am able to click the button and see the process, however, on every other status I get the error message.

Any clues what this may be?

      Thanks in Advance!

      Best Regards,

          Hi there,

this happens where there are unlinked actions in the process.

Take a look a this article:

          Orphaned Actions on a Process

            Hi Waldy,

            Sorry for the late response.

I checked my process, but unfortunately wasn't able to find any "extra" items on the request process.

I have been performing some testing and I have found what "triggers" the error.

            21.png

When a service level is defined on the request, and I try to press dd.pngon SD, I get the error message {"message":"Unrecognized Guid format.","stackTrace":""}.

If no service level is defined on the request, it seems to open correctly as expected.

Any ideas if it is still related with the 1st assumption?

            Thanks in advance,

            Ricardo
