The content of your gadget is pointing to a html page
Go this html page and edit it then remove section for the FAQ
To be able to identify this page, right click on web page on that section and click on show source code
then you will get html page

That gadget is using an html page housed on your web server.
As the other post says you can find out where the location is by right clicking and inspecting the page.

I have followed below steps but the HTML page is not updated on Web Desk. However getting expected result from the path.
Step 1- Right click inspect source
Step 2- Logged in to Web Server.
Path - C:\Program Files (x86)\LANDESK\Service Desk\WebApp\WebAccess\imsresources\Pages
Step 3- Modified the HTML Page SelfServiceStart
Step 4 – Tested by double clicking on HTML Page in the above given path and got result as expected
Step 5 – Logged into Self Service Portal and add new gadget with same URL as Source before
And had ISS reset done.
But its still reflecting the same HTML page
