    Limiting the view of ticket


      Hi Landesk.


      We are currently configuring our LANDESK system and are trying to brainstorm on the following:


      Objective: Only users who are assigned to a ticket or are part of that group can see the ticket (Currently this is how we have this setup, however, any resource is still able to search for the ticket and open it. Is there any way to limit this (Pop up message not letting the resource view or similar))


      Any ideas to limit this? Currently, on the analyst dashboard, they can see only related to there group or assinged to them. This is filtered through a query, however, the resource can still search for the ticket.
