    Since we upgraded to Service Desk 2016, I have been unable to set up data connections from my PC.  Has anyone else had problems?

      Since we upgraded to Service Desk 2016, I have been unable to set up data connections from my PC.  When I try to save the connection, I get a message that I need to enter a Network username and password.  However, when I add these credentials, it will not accept them and I am unable to save the connection.  Has anyone had similar problems.
