Suddenly the service level requests we had configured for our services are no longer populating.
Ex: Below is the configuration for a service request (New mouse) with a service level configured for 7 Days:
When logging a service request for this service (the issue is occurring for all services also), no service level is populated on the record.
Has anyone else had a similar issue where the service level details where no longer populating?
