We have created some service & category with response level on UAT server & raised calls to test it. But after breaching the call we have not received any mail. Please help.
I assume that you already had checked the configuration of the escalation setting for the response level in question. There you define when and to whom a mail is sent.
Also, you might want to check that the escalation points (collection on the process object) hold the necessary entries.
