I have a corrupt ticket in my queue that i ve tried all ways to get rid of it but it wont I was told that theres a script I can run to get rid does anyone know what this is? the user who created the ticket dosent even work here so this is more than a little annoying? I am using Landesk 7.7
If you mean HelpDesk Classic, then I'd strongly recommend you log this as a support call. There are some scripts around which will allow you to remove something, but it might also be possible to fix up what is causing the problem. If you mean Service Desk, then following article should get you started.
