as far as I know this feature has not been implemented yet in Workspaces.

If you would like to use LDSD Workspace to do this then you will need to create a new Framework+ BridgeIT in order to get both LDMS and LDSD Workspaces in one place. Once this has been implemented, You will get the option in LDSD Workspace to search for a device and then install a software or do a remote control.

I will give it a go, seems like extra work for something that was already working in Webaccess.
Well, you are integrating both systems anyway correct? If so, Then just apply the steps that is in the section I pointed out and you should be good to go.
