We have one user, when trying to navigate to knowledge management > Search Knowledge on the home page of service desk 2016 receives error "attributetype_description not found"
if only one user is affected and all others work then, this can be linked to the privileges of this user or culture settings.
Please verify that this user has the same roles and groups (including current group) as a user who can access the KB information.
Should this not lead to a resolution, please contact Landesk Support, so this can be investigated in greater details.
