    Notification Using Add Reminder Button


      I currently have a process that has 2 different automated reminders. One for analyst user and the other for End user. The problem is that the email's are not being sent to the specific users. Process diagram.PNG

      Above is the Process that i have created

      and below are the reminders :

      Within the send date is calculation with datetime.today as the value. The problem is that the email is not being sent currently but these reminders are just added on the ticket.

      Also i have outbount email configured on the landesk instance. This email is sent when i click on the reminder on the ticket and then click on send message.

      Any kind of help is appreciated.
