    Post Upgrade - Lost Formatting for Email Tickets


      We recently upgraded to 2016.2 from 7.7.3 and since then our inbound emails seem to have lost formatting in email tickets. It used to maintain spacing and not be compacted together. Any ideas on how to fix this? I thought it might have something to do with enabling HTML but I don't see anything on how to do that.
