When viewing a Change ticket in WebDesk, there is an option to the far right to get a detailed report of the ticket. This report is called the Change Detail Report, but I’d like to customize it to show other fields.
How can this report be customized?
Currently only shows the following fields:

You may install SAP report and edit the ChangeManagement.Change.rpt file.
